At World Championship Belts, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, made-to-order championship belts. Due to the customized nature of many of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items produced based on customer-provided specifications or mockups
  • Orders where customization has already been approved and production has started

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started
  • Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible, especially for custom orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order number and details

After review, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refund Process

Our championship belts are manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan, using skilled craftsmanship and quality materials. Minor variations in finish, color, or detailing may occur due to the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
